We are looking for a Chef de Partie's for our fantastic venue in Paddington, London. The Chef de Partie that takes on this role will have previously worked within a high quality, high volume kitchen, fine dining restaurant or high volume high st pub/restaurant serving food of a very high standard and will be passionate about the dishes and plates that they create, using the best possible ingredients.
You will receive a competitive salary and a share of the tronc pot. You will be paid weekly and receive tips and excellent company benefits. Live in accommodation is available onsite with a weekly charge and after a period of probabtion.
The shifts patterns are based on various shifts including some splits, breakfast, lunch dinner, evenings and weekends.
You will work 5 days from 7, however, overtime is usually available. The food is Modern British and European influenced with all dishes being created onsite using the best possible local and seasonal ingredients.
As is usual you must be eligible to work in the UK, you must be able to converse in English, you must have NIN and you must have a UK bank account.
