This prestigious country house hotel is rated as one of the best 4* hotels in Hertfordshire, holding 1 AA Ro-Sette. The hotel has 58 bedrooms, 7 conference and banqueting rooms, Restaurant and Terrace Bar.
Terms: Full-time
Hours: 45 hr–5 day week, including evenings and weekends as per the Rota

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team.
The ideal candidate will:
• be able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
• be organised and precise, with a keen eye for detail
• have food safety training and relevant culinary
qualifications
• have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
