Bone Daddies is a casual dining, fast-growing group of creative Japanese-inspired restaurants across London. We currently operate 5 ramen bars as well as 2 additional Japanese brands, Flesh and Buns and Shackfuyu, within our group.

Due to internal development and ongoing expansion, we are looking for a chef de partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Kensington. Located above the Whole Foods Market in Kensington and closes no later than 9.30pm every night - no more late closes.
The ideal person will have worked in a high-volume, fresh food kitchen for a minimum of 12 months in a similar capacity. You will not need to be experienced with Japanese produce/cuisine as training will be provided, however a willingness to learn and a passion for food is essential. You will be hands on, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure under the direction of the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
