All staff must be hard working, intelligent, professional, committed and personable. We work as a family unit so be prepared to get Stuck in and help out wherever is needed. Perks will include free meals and coffee during service, all tips shared by staff alone and discounted rates when you're off duty along with enrollment in industry perks at other restaurants.

We are primarily a brunch establishment with leanings towards the Levant but don't take traditions too seriously. We have supper clubs and will be adding evenings soon.

You must be engaged, willing to work hard and take pride in producing great plates consistently. Understanding the house style while bringing your own touch. The ability to pitch in and go the extra 1.6km when needed.

What we’re looking for:

A passion for and interest in creating great food.

experience in the kitchen is not essential but a good work ethic and attentive nature is ideal.

Available 20-30 hours a week (3-4 shifts) with Friday and at least one weekend day a minimum.

Focused, open and interested.
Able to prep and do service, previous experience preferred but not required.
