We are hiring for our Brook Green restaurant - the original branch of our award-winning fish and chip shops.
We are looking for experienced cooks/chefs that have a proven track record of working in busy, high tempo service kitchens.
We are an award winning restaurant that specialises in Fish and Chips and would like the candidates to understand the position of this dish within the UK market.
The job will contain some food preparation depending on experience but most importantly the ability to cook and serve food to company standards under pressure from a high turnover of customers.
We are a young and expanding company (we have 5 restaurants in London) and there are going to be many opportunities for growth and promotion within the company.
