Pasta Production – Production Chef. North London. Near Kings Cross.
We are an Italian, family run business, which manufactures specialist Italian cheese, meats and fresh pasta. Pasta and Pasta Ltd is a manufacturing company independently owned by C Carnevale Ltd. Pasta and Pasta are now looking for a chef to join our Pasta Production Kitchen
You would be working alongside a team of around 10 – 15 employees who do a variety of jobs in our Pasta production Facilities. Your role as a chef would be to ensure the highest standards of both Quality and Food Hygiene. You need to have experience as a chef, and know how to use a knife and have cooking skills.
This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Chef that is used to working in restaurants, to have a change of pace from the hospitality industry, into a production environment.
We are based in N7 London with easy transport links – very close to Kings Cross, Islington and Caledonian Road.
You would work:
•45 hrs or 48 hr week
•6.30am-4.30pm (Monday Friday) and Alternative Saturday Mornings 8am – 12.
•Salary -£22 000 - £23 000 per year.
•32 Days Holiday a year ( You may be required to work Bank Holidays)
