We are currently recruiting for a Chef for our busy pub Kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to who wants to be part of a team in a well established business bedsandbars in 7 country's , and you will be responsible for working with the Head Chef to make sure that all food is served to the expected standard, alongside keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
The site caters for breakfast, lunch, dinner, corporate and fast casual diners. Being twinned with St Christopher's Inn, Europe's leading back packers hostel, provides us with the opportunity to share best practice through a network of over 13 different sites including Bath, Edinburgh, Newquay, Barcelona, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam and Prague
The ideal candidate will:
Work effectively under the head chef with the rest of the team, with a positive attitude
Be willing to learn and keen to develop further kitchen skills
Be willing to undertake any tasks asked of them
Have a keen interest in food presentation
Have high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Have knowledge about stock ordering, stock taking and margin management
Commit to working weekends
must have NI number
