Seeking a self motviated chef with a passion for delivering great food to the guests in our North-Central London cocktail and wine bar. Our food is American diner style - think baskets of wings, loaded burgers and melting cheeses. Our food is simple, delicious and perfect for the evening drinkers that are the core of our customer base.
Would particularly suit a commis chef seeking increased responsibility, a chef looking to really own all areas of the kitchen environment. experience greatly preferred but full training can be given. Consideration will also be given to those looking to get a start in the industry or to progress a fledgling career.
Bar is owned by a large, multi-site company that offers strong development and training opportunities for those looking to progress their career and move along the pathway to running their own kitchen / becoming a Head Chef.
Role is roughly equivalent to CDP level however the successful applicant will be running all areas of our kitchen successfully after training has completed.
Hours 30-35 p/w with scope for flexibility and opportunity to develop into a full time position.
