The Big Moe’s Diner is currently seeking to fill the position of Chef de Partie at its busy outlet in Aldgate, London. The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

A background within Business and Industry Catering as a Chef de Partie.
experience in managing a team of at least 3
Ideally experience in a unit which services an onsite capacity of around 100 +
Quality cooking standards whilst being conscious of the set budgets.
The ability to lead by example and build a team.
A strong craft background
Superb customer service skills
Financial awareness with the ability to manage budgetary lines.
