The Holiday Inn Express is a limited service brand but our unit offers a limited dinner service with a basic but functional menu.
Selection of 4 starters, 8 main courses and 2 desserts.
Opening times from 6pm until 9:30pm, your shift would typically start at 4 or 5pm - ending at 10pm.
5 Or 6 evening per week, 35 hours a week.
Hourly rate starting from £9.50
General duties:
Food ordering according to business levels and budget restrictions.
Adhering to kitchen and food hygiene legislation and best practices.
Professional preparation and presentation of food dishes in a timely manner.
Menu planning and seasonal change of menu content.
Able to work successfully within a professional team structure.
Please note -  this position would not be suitable for a Chef wanting to express international flair, creating elaborate fine dining dishes. We are looking for a reliable, steady and qualified individual - happy to work within a limited service environment. Our current chef is leaving after 5 successful years wanting to return to his country for family reasons.
