The Bolingbroke Pub and Dining Room on Northcote Road in Battersea is looking for a full time commis chef to start immediately. We are a busy gastro pub open seven days a week serving lunch and dinner. The right applicant will have previous experience in a similar environment.
As a commis chef, you will work under the guidance of the Head and Sous chef in maintaining consistent high standards, learn, and progress. You will be expected to work 6-7 shifts per week, with two days off.
We provide in house and online food and hygiene training as standard. We also provide meals on shift. There is also a chance to move up in an ever expanding company. All chefs also receive a portion of the service charge as standard.
The right applicant will also have an English bank account, a National Insurance Number, valid passport or ID which shows they are eligible to work in the UK, fluent written and spoken English, and able to commute to and from work early mornings and late evenings, both weekday and weekend.
