Tried and True is an award winning Kiwi owned café in Putney. Due to an expanding business we are looking for a committed and dedicated Chefs and Kitchen Porters.  This is a full time role available to start immediately. We would like you to join a passionate, enthusiastic and committed team in delivering a great café experience.

We’ve been open for six years and have developed a strong reputation locally and beyond for our exceptional coffee and innovative all day brunch and light lunches. Our BBQ Pulled Pork Benedict won Britain's most innovative breakfast and we are voted the Local Restaurant of the Year 2015 in south west London by readers of Time and Leisure magazine.

We are looking for people who will fit in with our ethos on service and hospitality who are fast, efficient, clean and have a keen eye for detail.

There are currently a number of positions available and we are prepared to consider full time (5 shifts a week) and part time (2-4 shifts a week) for the role.  We are open from 8am to 4pm 7 days a week.

Ideally you will have experience in a guest focused restaurant or coffee shop environment, used to working quickly, cleanly and collaboratively in a small team.  We will train the right person to advance into chef roles with corresponding increases in pay.

We are a small and friendly team. We are looking for people who can work quickly, think on their feet and contribute positively to the team.

Our standards are very high and we need people who want to be involved in a progressive company that is expanding and who will also bring their own passion, enthusiasm and knowledge to the business.

A competitive hourly rate / salary for the right person(s) plus cash tips, delicious staff meals, holiday pay and training will be offered. Flexible weekday and weekend shifts are available.
