We are looking for a Head Chef/ Cook to head up the kitchen for an all day casual dining 50 cover operation in our fun and quirky Restaurant and Bar in central London. We are an Independent award winning operator,  currently known for our Boozy Brunch and Afternoon Teas, and are seeking an experienced chef to help build the food side of the business. This is focused on lunch and dinners in a busy footfall area as well as breakfast in a second stage. The preferred applicant will have knowledge and love of British and European cuisine, and will have the scope to really influence the food offer of the business.
