We have a position available for a Breakfast Chef in our Gail’s Bakery. Gail’s is a neighbourhood bakery, specialising in craft bread. We bake using natural ingredients and plenty of time. We are looking for a new Breakfast Chef to join our friendly and welcoming team.

As a Breakfast Chef, you’re at the heart of our bakeries, you will cook our amazing hot breakfasts, preparing sandwiches with the finest ingredients and baking pastries! You’re contributing to driving our best-in-class service, in a business with craft and high-quality food at its centre, with happy teams and friendly service. We stop serving from our menu at 3pm so none of our Breakfast Chefs work evenings!

• Work life balance! Starting early, usually around 6am and finishing after the menu finishes at 3pm! No late evening work!
