Day time hours only - finish work by 6pm. Other benefits - free meals at work - usually 4 days shift 38 hours - 4 weeks paid holiday - paid weekly. Chamomile Café are looking for experienced chefs (specific café experience would be particularly useful) to work in our very busy cafe kitchen. The chef must be able to make breakfasts, brunch dishes, salads and baguettes, paninis etc. We are open 7 days a week and being able to work weekends is essential but there is a Rota giving everyone to have at least one weekend day off very few weeks.
The café is an independently owned business with an excellent reputation. It has a very loyal customer base who appreciate freshly made, delicious and breakfasts, lunches and weekend brunches. We offer an excellent range of Gluten Free and Vegetarian options.
Somebody with a passion to learn and an enthusiasm to fit in with our team as well as be able to on your own initiative. You must have a high level of personal hygiene and be focused on exceptional food hygiene.
Capable of multitasking, working at speed and staying calm.
Must have a good understanding and be able to speak good English.
Remuneration: competitive, depending on experience.
