Terrines, parfaits, rillettes will be your forté as well as simplistic but visually stunning dishes.
experience in being organised and working alone an advantage. But you are supported by the entire team.
Its an open kitchen so presentation and customer service important with a sense of showmanship
You will work 5 days a week and 50 hours and 2 days off
Most shifts start around 3pm.
