The Role:
Chef de partie
* Input into Menu and menu design
* Working as part of small hard working food and beverage brigade
* Managing paperwork, health and safety and Food Safety
The Person
* Already working as a Chef de Partie or Ambitious Demi Chef
* Stable work history
* Hotel background
* Able to manage small kitchen
* Must have a good level of English.
Able to minimise wastage in the kitchen and manage breakfast
Previous experience working in a similar environment or commercial kitchen will be an advantage
Basic Food Hygiene certificate required
Motivated to learn and work in a 4* Hotel
Eligibility:
