We are a small but hungry independent chain looking for talented Chefs to join our awesome team and get in on the ground level of a growing group of Bars and Kitchens specializing in cocktails, craft beer and street food.
We are huge fans of modern food culture not least of all the exciting street food movement.
Our chef have some great authentic recipes that show case their skills. From our own recipe for Jerk Chicken to slow cooked brisket. Even the smoked apple BBQ sauce is a homemade recipe.
The menu is made from fresh ingredients and relies on the input of the talented individuals that work for us.
