Catering and Events co-coordinator

At Mimosa, we make some of the London’s tastiest freshly prepared homemade meals; all from our counters in Herne Hill, Vauxhall, Crystal Palace and Kennington. We are family run and Mimosa is a welcoming and friendly local environment to enjoy a freshly made Cappuccino and delicious food.

We have a position to work in our growing Outside catering team, driving to build the current business in addition to manging day to day bookings.
We are a small family business and this role is not just an admin role, you will have chance to drive the direction of our Catering.

Quote Catering events from Weddings to weekend parties.
Drive new business from leads to our website.
Help co-ordinate and manage our events
Manage the Accounts receivable process
Manage stock inventories

What we are looking for:

A genuine passion for food. We love food and we really want to be around people who love it too!
Good and positive communicator. We sometimes get busy so it’s important to communicate well.
A Full EU driving licence as this role will require some driving.
