Day to day your duties will include but not be limited to:
Planning, coordination and delivery of client events and carrying out all relevant communication and administration
Customer relationship management and engagement
Logistics management and co-ordination
Basic accounting: budgets, quotes and invoicing
Seeking new business
Updating database
Escalating/delegating general enquiries and feedback
Requirements
Ambitious, looking for fast progression and being rewarded for hard work and responsibility
Your planning, organizational and leadership skills are second-to-none
Ability to foster co-operative, positive working relationships with all internal teams
Work efficiently under own management
Engaging, positive attitude
Proficient at using Microsoft Excel
Managing all costs across the projects
Strong communication skills
experience within a similar role would be a strong advantage
Excellent working references.
