Caretaker
Temporary position (8-12 weeks)
Monday – Friday (9.00-17.00)
£11.00 Per hour (+ holiday pay)
North West London
Our client is looking for a caretaker to come in for the next 2-3 months to support their maintenance team. They are looking for an experienced caretaker or handyman, who has a current DBS to respond with all maintenance enquiries on site.
Duties:

General maintenance, e.g. Changing of light bulbs.
Painting and Decorating
Porterage of equipment and supplies
Putting up shelfing
Dealing with repairs – Door handles, furniture etc.

Requirements:

Valid DBS in the last 12 months
Available to start immediately
Previous caretaker or maintenance experience.
Able to work within the hours required and available for any flexibility.
