Job title:    Care Worker
Main function of the job:
•    To support the client with accessing activities in the community.
•    To promote the independence of this client.
•    To follow the care plan of the client.
Requirements
•    Care experience (preferred) / Training provided.
•    Driver with a car (insured for travel with learning disabled clients)(preferred)
Job location:   Hounslow    (Greater London)
Job shift : two clients a day with breaks between.
Main Duties (not in any order of priority):
Ensure their home environment remains safe.
Make sure that their basic needs are being addressed: Food, hygiene.

Make sure they are able to attend their activities in the community.

Working hours:    45 hrs per week
Working time:  Flexible
