Salary: £9.75 to £10 per hour plus travel time and mileage allowance + uniform provided.

CCS Home Care Services are currently looking for Care Workers who are truly passionate about delivering high quality care to vulnerable adults within the local community. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for individuals with ambition, creativity and commitment to join our expanding team. You will support our service users by enabling them to improve their quality of life and helping them achieve their desired goals.
Duties
You are required to provide personal, domestic care and companionship to vulnerable adults/elderly, in their own home.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
-Providing service user with the appropriate level of care in line with their support plans.
-Safeguarding the rights and dignity of the Service Users.
-Supporting Service User’s to build their confidence, self-esteem and their ability to manage their mental health symptoms.
-Support Service Users with taking their medication.
-Support Service Users with their daily living skills and domestic chores.
-Taking people out to the shops, Doctors or enabling them to access the community.
-Accurately keeping daily records
-Maintaining service users independence
-Assisting with personal care
Requirements
Good communication skills; both written and verbal.
Commitment, enthusiasm, flexibility and professionalism.
experience in care is desirable
Driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
