Springdene Care Homes Group are looking for experienced Care Assistants for our luxury care homes in Hampstead NW3 6DH, Muswell Hill N10 3PA and Enfield EN2 7BL.

As a Care Assistant, you will
- deliver timely and compassionate care to elderly residents
- encourage independence
- build relationships with residents and their families
- monitor resident health
- update care plans
- support residents to access activities.
- act as a keyworker
Successful applicants will have previous experience of working with older people, preferably in a residential care home setting, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. You will be patient and caring, and committed to providing an excellent quality of care to our elderly residents.
Care Assistants should have an NVQ2 in Health and Social care or equivalent.
Applicants must be available to work full time on a flexible basis to cover daytime shift patterns, including alternate weekends.
