Bluebird Care Barnet is looking for caring, patient and kind individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant based in Barnet. Joining us on a full time OR part time permanent basis, our Care Assistant will receive a competitive salary of £8.50 - £10.00 per hour!

The Care Assistant Role
As our Care Assistant, you will support customers with all aspects of their day to day living, so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life. You will mostly work alone with the customer in their home. Providing care and support offers many rewards, but can also be challenging. Compassion, good communication skills and a calm and caring manner are essential for this important role in our company.

We require our Care Assistant to have:
- A full driving license
- Your own transport (you will need to get to and from customers!)
- The ability to give 100% to our customers.
- The ability to work every other weekend.
Due to the nature of the work we do require that all candidates hold a full driving license and have access to their own vehicle.
