We are a Home Care Agency based in Enfield.
Our goal is to promote the independence of our Service Users and to enable them to live in their own homes.
We are looking for compassionate and experienced Care Assistants to assist the elderly in their own homes. Care Assistants must be drivers and be able to use their vehicle for work. They will be given a Rota on a weekly basis depending on your availability.
Hours are from 7:30am to 1:30pm and 18:00pm to 22:00pm. Care Assistants will be paid hourly for all work.
Responsibilities of a Care Assistant

Promote the Independence and Dignity of Service Users.
Assist Service Users with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing and incontinence care.
Safeguard Service Users from abuse

Qualifications or Requirements of the Care Assistant Role.

NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care- highly preferred.
Certificates in Moving and Handling/Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults/Medication.
Administration/Infection Control/Health and Safety/COSHH/Care Certificate- highly preferred.
Must be a driver with use of own vehicle
DBS Covering the Adult Workforce and on the Update Service- we will process one on behalf of the Care Assistant if required.
