Care Assistant Wanted in London

Posted: 15 days ago
Place: Kingston

We are currently recruiting for part-time/full-time care assistants to join our expanding team, delivering outstanding care and support in client's homes in Kingston Upon Thames and surrounding areas. Support workers should be flexible with their working hours and drivers are especially encouraged to apply.
The quality of our care workers is the most important factor in ensuring that our clients’ needs are delivered using a person-centred approach.
Via our in-house developed Mobile Application, we are revolutionising care at-home by delivering better support for clients; and improved communication for relatives and care workers. Because of this, Support Workers will need to be tech-savvy and organized with a keen sense of duty and a focus on accurate reporting.
Weekend care workers in particular, are encouraged to apply. All levels of experience will be considered, so we encourage applications from individuals who have also previously worked as Support Workers, in a Care Home or Private Carers.
We also hold an employee referral scheme, so if you know of any other Care Assistants looking for additional clients, then please do forward us their details and you can earn a £50 referral fee once they have worked their first 20 hours.
