Job Role:             Care Assistant
Location:             Cranham Court , Brentwood Essex.
Hours:                   36 -44 hours per week - days / nights.
Salary:                 £7.85 per hour
Cranham Care Home part of Holmes Care Group, is currently looking for Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our amazing team!

Care Assistant / Support Worker role is fundamental in the Care Home in creating a caring and family environment so our residents can enjoy a happy and comfortable life.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent care and support to our residents.
Assisting with meals
Engaging in day to day activities and providing companionship.
Providing support to the family members
Working closely with other team members and management team.

Due to the specialist profile of our home, we expect that you have a minimum NVQ/ SVQ level 2 and/ or experience in working as a Care Assistant/ Support Worker but most importantly that you have the right Can Do attitude and are compassionate and caring person.
