Technical Sales, Commercial Property, Mees, Real Estate, Sales Executive Business Development Manager is needed by our client the UKs leading software simulation provider to the commercial real estate sector to cover London and the South East. Their software is transforming the way EPC Assessors / Consultants and Property Management companies help their clients manage Mees risk. As a Business Development Manager you will go out and drive new business and develope strategic partnerships with a strong focus but not limited to the SME sector or Property and Facilities Managers, M and E Consultants. This is a home based role with frequent client visits. Key Responsibilities:Identifying new sales leads, (especially of social media)Pitching products and services- (via email the phone, face to face, Power Point / sales displays) Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers. Required skills:Previous experience of working in the real estate sector with knowledge of Mees, (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards), low carbon / low energy legislation. Coming from any of the following backgrounds would be of interest: Sales Manager, Account Manager, EPC Assessor, Energy Manager, experienced Software B2B Business Development Manager. Excellent listening / communication skills.A self starter with excellent interpersonal / relationship building skills. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build trust. Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
