Due to continued growth, Belgravia Staffing have an opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a very well established property management company that operate through the UK.

You will provide a service to the organisation by obtaining new business from new and existing clients covering the South East of England. You will introduce new clients, developer/landlord/PRS and RMC to the company as well as develop existing business relationships in order to increase the organisation's property portfolio.You will also be accountable for providing ongoing support to individual branches.

The successful candidate will carry out all duties within ARMA and ARHM guidelines and RICS code of practice. Act in compliance with Data Protection legislation as applicable.

You will manage your own diary and have previous experience within property management.
