Business Development Manager - Management Systems Certification - UK WideROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are searching for a Business Development Manager with experience in selling certification to ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO50001, OHSAS18001 (IS0 45001), and other management system standards.The Business Development Manager that we are require would have worked at a senior level, responsible for selling a range of certification schemes thus giving you a depth of knowledge and credibility across the industry.The Business Development Manager role is UK wide and will require extensive travel. A passion for excellent customer service is vital.As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the following:RESPONSIBILITIES:* Creating new opportunities through building networks and partnerships, attending events and industry functions, meeting potential customers and partners in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) and other management system certification.* Finding relevant market information about current drives, trends, competition, working on the optimum marketing mix, targeting perspective markets, finding new revenue streams related to management system certification.* Building close relationships with telesales, marketing and other organisations and working closely with them on any campaigns and initiatives. Working closely with operations on new products and services related to the management systems certification and responding timely to customer needs.* Cold calling, following up enquiries, preparing quotations, visiting clients, preparing presentations, negotiating and closing deals. SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:* Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficient verbal and written English* Ability to listen, observe and understand customers' business environment, culture and expectations and offer appropriate and desirable solutions that would influence the decision making* experience and proven track of achievements in the certification industry, particularly quality assurance.
