We combine the best of mentoring, coaching and therapy to create a unique form of professional and personal support. We boost our support using leading edge machine learning technology to reveal personal and organisational insights like no one else can.
The company consists of a small UK based delivery team, an Ireland based tech team, and a remote community of Personal Accelerators (EQ experts), made up of a broad field of specialisms.
You will be working with the delivery team, who work closely together with psychology and behavioral science underpinning everything they do. There is a strong entrepreneurial spirit within the team; we are constantly striving to improve our service and think of new ways to deliver our product.
Role Description
A. Business Development
Stage 1
- Create and manage sales process includes meetings and pitches
- Manage and expand our sales pipeline (B2B)
- Have regular catch ups with our CEO
Stage 2
- Create slide decks
- Have meetings with Human Resources Directors, Learning and Development Managers, CEO’s
- Managing client relationships
- Run sales meetings on your own
B. Recruitment
Stage 1
- Running our recruitment process for our Personal Accelerators, something we are very proud of, which includes doing live online simulated support
- Improvement of our current recruitment process

Required:
- Sales experience (lead generation; pipelines; prospecting; sales process)
- High-energy, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Be able to think in processes with an analytical mind
- Have strong written and verbal English
- Be proactive and have a problem solving mindset
Bonus points:
- experience as a recruitment consultant
- A degree in (Organisational) Psychology
- experience in small start-up environments
- A network and understanding of the Financial Sector
- experience with Human Resources Directors
