Breakfast Chef/Waiter
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Breakfast/Commis Chef
We are a busy 4 star hotel in Paddington. With 70 Bedrooms we offer guests personal caring service that compliments our great value hotel. We offer a Full English and Continental breakfast either buffet of A la Carte depending on volumes.
As a Breakfast/Commis Chef, you be responsible for preparing Breakfast for our Guests, then lunch for the staff. You will make orders and set weekly menus for Staff dinning. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Kitchen in great working order
The successful applicant will be an energetic person who speaks fluent English and is able to relate to all sorts of people.
The duties involved will include
• Cooking the English Breakfast
• Maze en Place
• Maintaining stock levels
• Preparation of Menus for staff
• Cleaning the kitchen
• Cleaning equipment
• Operating the Dish washer
The role will offer the right candidate the opportunity permanent full time work. The successful applicant will have worked in related areas in the past.
We will be paying a basic salary of £8.00 per hour. There will be plenty of overtime available.
Please note that this role involves shift work. The successful candidate will be expected to work 5 shifts per week on various days
