We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with experience in a sole-responsibility accountancy / bookkeeping role to join our team. This is a broad all round role reporting to the Operations Director, duties include:
- Preparing client estimates and quotes
- Purchase ledger
- Accounts receivable
- Credit control
- Maintaining divisional P and L’s
- Weekly reporting for MD / Operations Director
- Preparation of month end accounts pack
- Preparation of monthly account manager reports
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
Person specification:
Ideally 2-3 years plus all round bookkeeping skills gained in a similar sized agency environment would be beneficial
Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Excel
Good knowledge of Sage Accounting packages (experience of QuickBooks an advantage)
Salary
Circa £24k
