A growing legal book-keeping company is looking for reliable, loyal, experienced cashiers to fill client gaps. Working part time or full time, on an on-going basis.
We are looking for cashiers who will be responsible for:
• Entering sales and purchase ledger invoices
• Reconciling bank statements on a monthly basis
• Petty cash
• Paying suppliers and recording receipts
• VAT Returns
• Working knowledge of Perfect Books, Alpha Law, Opsis, Iris or other legal accounts software
Flexibility, Tidy presentation and good spoken English are a must, because you’ll be travelling to clients’ premises in and around London. Punctuality and an easy-going nature are required.
