Based in Fulham, West London, we are conveniently located for customers to visit to our demo centre, where the full range of products are available to view by appointment. The demo area features a full green screen backdrop and a choice of tracking technologies. Our in house Creative team can work with customers to produce customised templates and provide training on use of our systems.
Job Description
The company requires an experienced and proficient person to maintain our business records, including bookkeeping, VAT returns and payroll.
The hours can be flexible. The role could suit a subcontractor who has other external clients. In order to overlap with our current bookkeeper who is relocating the position is available immediately.
Prime responsibilities:
Maintenance of our accounting records on Sage
Bank reconciliations
VAT returns, EC sales reports
Payroll on Sage including processing pension deductions
Maintaining debtors and creditors ledgers
Monthly management accounts in excel
Ad hoc reporting as required by the Directors
Preparing records for the final accounts produced by external accountants
The job holder will require the following technical skills:
At least 2 years bookkeeping experience with good knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
experience working with Sage accounts, payroll
Working knowledge of preparing vat returns
Capabilities:
A good level of written and spoken communication
Ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision
Good attention to detail.
