Bookkeeper required to assist Property Investor/ Manager with day to day accounting / book keeping.
Must have strong problem solving skills, and the confidence to manage projects as well as being business minded with ability to see the big picture and provide practical and effective solutions.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, practical approach and demonstrate the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
Must be very good with either Zero, QuickBooks, Excel and or Sage knowledge also a plus.
Ability to produce strategic plan for the business.
Ensure full set of ‘How To’ manuals are set up and maintained for the smooth running of the business daily: Systemised, logical, good command of written English.
Create property investment sheets weekly: knowledge of excel spreadsheets and formulas: consistency, systemisation, proactive attitude, forward planning, methodical, flexible attitude to work.
Record, track and report KPI’s, cash flow and management accounts weekly/monthly: Accuracy, numerical skills, analytical skills.
Checking bank accounts, updating cash flow and bookkeeping weekly/monthly: Organisation, relationship skills, ideally a knowledge of accounting processes / software packages.
