Bookkeeper Needed in London

Bookkeeper/Company Administrator required for small group of bars/bed and breakfasts, in North West London.
We are looking for somebody that can work in a sole capacity, to complete all the accounts including:
Sales, purchase and nominal ledger, bank reconciliations etc.
VAT returns
Management accounts for the director and the bank.
Payroll and Human Resources
Reporting to the external Accounts yearly for the for the preparation of annual returns and tax computations.
Administration duties to include:
Renewing insurances, licenses and utility contracts etc.
Checking and negotiating prices with suppliers.
Liaising with bar managers, chef and bed and breakfast staff to ensure, the smooth running of the business.
Overseeing web sites and bed and breakfast booking sites.
To take a hands on approach to cover whatever tasks are required for the smooth running of the business.
experience required:
To have worked in a similar position with sole responsibility for accounts and payroll.
Sage 50 accounts
Sage 50 payroll
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
