Balans Soho Society has undergone a major rebrand. We use the freshest ingredients we can source and all our food is cooked from scratch, which is something we’re very proud of. We are a bohemian, vibrant, atmospheric restaurant group and due to imminent expansion, we are looking for an experienced Bartender for our restaurant in Soho.
We are looking for a Bartender with a passion for great service who want to be part of an ambitious, expanding group.

As a Bartender we will:
-Provide great training in order for you to progress as we expand.

As a Bartender we expect you:
-To be fluent in spoken English
-To have the Right to Work in UK
-To be flexible with working hours (24-hour dining Restaurant)
-To have experience working behind the bar.
-To be passionate about making great cocktails.
-Attention to detail – able to follow instructions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy restaurant. Whilst skills are important, we look for a bubbly personality in our Bartenders.
