About Us
Following the huge success of our Soho restaurant, Hoppers launched its second, larger site in Marylebone in September 2022. The restaurant accommodates 85 guests across two floors with an additional 16 seats available on an outside terrace. The menu features a number of signature Hoppers dishes, as well as new larger sharing dishes and feast menus. The expanded drinks menu features cocktails created with ingredients inspired by the flora and vegetation of Sri Lanka’s Spice garden.

Job Role
We’re looking for bartenders with experience in high quality bars or restaurants, with oodles of creativity and flair! You’ll be working with fun and lively team, so we’re looking for someone with a highly personable nature and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.

As part of JKS Restaurants, the Hoppers bar programme is fronted by award-winning Group Bar Manager, James Stevenson, and Head of Bar Culture and Training, Maya Tarrant, who are eager to impart their knowledge and encourage passionate bartenders to reach their personal and career goals.
