Look for barman / manager for afternoon / evening shift. The person will have to take care of the preparation and service of cocktails and aperitifs, order management, cash closure and end-of-life cleaning. Passion is required for this type of work as well as will and willingness to work in the evening and in the young environment as it is not a seasonal but prolonged work; It also requires knowledge of the main cocktails, seriousness, physical endurance, time flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
