We are recruiting for Core by Clare Smyth modern fine dining restaurant based in Notting Hill, London.
After almost a decade at the helm of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Royal Hospital Road in Chelsea, retaining the restaurant’s 3 Michelin stars throughout her tenure, Clare Smyth, the multi award winning chef has successfully established her own restaurant, already making a huge impact on the London fine dining scene. You will join a talented front of house team who are dynamic and experienced in delivering the highest level of service.
We are looking for a talented Bartender who has a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a desire to learn and grow within our team.
The ideal Bartender will have:
-Previous bar experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant in a luxury establishment or within a Michelin star restaurant.
-Well-groomed appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
-Command of the English language, a second language would be preferred.
