THE ROLE - Bartender

As a bartender at Corazon, you will be responsible for prepping and producing all our drinks to the correct standards. You will have a thorough knowledge of all items listed on the menu, and will ensure the bar is fully prepared, stocked and set for service at the correct times.

You will create a warm, professional atmosphere for our guests, who will often see you as their first and last point of contact. You will maintain an enthusiastic and positive demeanour as part of a team of like-minded individuals. You will adhere to the standards of service and professionalism in the restaurant whilst also demonstrating personality and individuality.

Our bar will also include 10 dining covers, so interest in serving delicious Mexican food and knowing our food menu backwards and forwards is a must.

The role requires a 6-12 month commitment.

• A concise list of cocktails including the best quality fresh and frozen margaritas (fresh lime and housemaid mix), Micheladas, a ruby grapefruit Paloma, and a Mezcal cocktails.
• A brief agave list (more isn’t always better!) - all served with our housemaid sangrita.
• Housemaid Aguas Frescas - hibiscus iced tea, horchata, and a fresh ‘agua fresca del dia’

WHO WE NEED - Bartender

• You will display 1-2 + years experience as bartender or supervisor in a restaurant or bar business.
• You will demonstrate a passion for the London restaurant scene, as well as keen interest in great food, drink, and hospitality – non-foodies need not apply.
• Our successful candidates will display great smiles and charisma, ‘can do’ attitudes and team spirit.
