Delamina is a new opening in the heart of Marylebone.
We have an exciting opportunity for a bartender to join our team. This is a great role for someone to really shine and work with an Enthusiastic and hardworking team.
The vibe at Delamina is relaxed and friendly, combining professional standards with a warm and personal style. The front of house and kitchen teams work seamlessly together to create a fun and supportive working environment.
We serve seasonal dishes inspired by the owners Eastern Mediterranean home cooking. We are open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week and on weekends we have a great brunch menu. Our drinks selection has some great choices of wine to compliment the food and also a cocktails menu that incorporates the interesting flavours, herbs and spices of the mediterranean.
Our Barstaff must have:
*Previous experience of working in a bar
*Confidence in serving guests and making drinks recommendations that compliment the food.
*Manage the stock levels of the bar to ensure we have all drinks available at all times.
*Follow the cocktail specifications and make drinks to the same standard.
*Willing to work as a team and contribute on the floor as well as keeping clean the bar areas.
