As part of the Vietnamese Kitchen restaurant group our Shoreditch sites are on the hunt for bartenders to join their team.
As a well established Asian restaurant in the heart of East London, these restaurants are fast paced, energetic and exciting destinations to work.
We are currently looking to fill positions at 2 of our restaurants both in East London.
Our bar menu consists of a collection of professionally selected wines, inventive and classic cocktails as well as house favourites.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working behind a bar
- Be familiar with spirits and wines
- Work well in a team
- Have great customer service skills
- Have great communication skills.
- Be familiar in making classic cocktails.
The role will involve:
- Serving drinks to customers
- Customer interaction when required
- Taking payments
- Menu input and suggestions if required
- Customer suggestions
- Bar maintenance and hygiene
- Control of stock
