Ottolenghi Spitalfields bar not only serves delicious cocktails and natural wine, but also exceptional food and coffee. To be successful and enjoy your time working at our bar you need to be truly passionate about the life of a restaurant and all its key ingredients, food, drink and people.
As a part of our fantastic bar team you would be able to experiment and develop new cocktail recipes as we change our cocktail list frequently. Our bartenders are encourage to be creative and bring new ideas.

28 Days of holidays

Key attributes:
•Previous restaurant bar experience of at least 2 years, working in a very busy and high quality restaurant environment.
•Passionate about food and coffee to the same degree as cocktails and wine.
•Pro-active and self-disciplined
•Excellent English language skills
•Great team player
Working hours:
•  6- 7 Shifts per week over 5 days
