We’re looking for a talented and outgoing bartender/mixologist to join our small team of bar professionals in The Clarendon Cocktail Cellar.
We are a professional, service led and artistically inspired, industrial chic subterranean drinking den located in the cellar breaches of the Artist Residence Hotel, Pimlico.
Our drinks are seasonal, art inspired, delicious and a little tongue in cheek. We look for warm, friendly people who love drinks, that want to tailor the experience for every guest to create a reputation as one of London’s leading classic and experimental bars.
If you have any one of the above qualities as well as a few of the technical must have’s from below then we would love to hear from you.
Our people must:
-Have the right to work in the UK.
-Have an excellent level of written and spoken English.
Ideally our people will:
-Have a little bit of hotel experience but it’s not a deal breaker.
-Be up for getting involved in menu development and helping out the business as a whole.
-Love training to improve and have an attitude that wants to demonstrate your knowledge to other team members.
-Regularly go to other bars that inspire them.
Have at least 1 year experience bartending at a good level.
