We are an independent company based in SW London. We're looking for an experienced barista to join our team. We like having individuals, we don’t want robots. We want people who work for us to take initiative, care about what they do, and go the extra mile.

Applicants need :-

At least 1 year experience in a fast paced, specialty coffee service environment.
We want someone who delivers consistently outstanding coffee and milk.
It is essential you work well in a team
Have a good attitude
Friendly
Polite
Organised
Efficient

We are currently making around 250 coffees a day.
Equipment you will use:

La Marzocco FB80 2 group
Simonelli Mythos One (main grinder)
Robur E Mazzer (decaf grinder)

This is a full time position 4-5 days a week including weekends.
