The Locals Chelsea is an independent coffee shop and a restaurant very well located in SW1 (Chelsea/Westminster) area of London serving healthy seasonal cuisine using locally sourced produce along with an great quality artisan coffee.
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED barista to join our team.
We require a fair amount of experience since it is going to be a very proactive role.
You:
- Enthusiastic professional with 1/2 years experience in coffee/hospitality.
- Confident and skilled barista! (must)
- Knowledge of different types of coffee
- Good Ability to multi task
- Latte art
- Ability to work in a busy and fast environment.
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Good level of speaking English
The Job conditions for FULL TIME position:
- Salary from £10 to £12 per hour depending on skills and experience.
- 40-45 Hours per week over 5 working days.
- 2 Days off per week
- Pension
- 28 Paid days of holiday per year
- Additional hours are available if needed.
- NO late finishes , good work/life balance.

- Uniform provided
The Job conditions for PART TIME position:
- 15-20 Hours per week
- 2 Shifts per week , flexible over 7 days.
- £9-12 Per hour depending on skills and experience.

- Paid holidays according to the hours worked.
- Additional hours are available if needed.
