Soho House have just opened a new club called White City House and we need experienced Baristas looking to expand their career opportunities.
The Job…
White City House is a multi-bar members club. We are serving specialty coffee on a grand scale with 4 bars in the building carrying guest/feature espresso’s and f manual Brew methods available on all club floors. Successful applicants will be part of a program that is set to Broaden the specialty coffee conversation and the types of businesses specialty coffee can be delivered within.
All Baristas will be cross trained on cocktail bartending which will be an important part of your daily work.
Who We Are…
Soho House and Co is a collection of private members' clubs and restaurants, spread across Europe, the UK and America. We have strived to bring well-made specialty coffee into hospitality on a broader spectrum. We served over 3.5 million coffees this year across our UK properties, all of which can be sourced directly back to the farm and those responsible for the product. We provide regular trips to visit out roasting partner, Origin Coffee. We also hold outings to our dairy providers as well as various trainings including SCA courses.
The Site.
White City House has recently opened at the old BBC headquarters in West London. The House has three floors of club space a rooftop pool, two cinemas, a screening room, 24,000 sq ft gym and 45 bedrooms within the building’s original Grade-II listed central ring.
Essential experience…

Minimum one year experience within the Speciality Coffee industry.
Demonstrable understanding of espresso recipes and dialling in.
Latte Art
Manual brewing
Bar/Cocktail experience a huge plus
